We do not accept cancellations past 2 hours of payment. Due to the Made-to-Order nature of my business, many orders begin processing immediately. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after you have received the product. But do let us know if the item damaged in any way and we’ll do our best to solve the problem.
Cutters are designed to have a clean cut and be durable and strong. Despite engineering our cutters in a way that reduces sanding, there will be minimal sanding needed as with most cutters. Each cutter with inner stamps or impression lines are meant to be used on clay 3-4mm thick.
Please check your items when they arrive. If an item is damaged in the mail or we have incorrectly packed your order please contact us so we can rectify this. Customers have a 3 day window to report any issues/damage that occurred during shipping.
