Το υλικό που χρησιμοποιούμε είναι πλαστικό PLA υψηλής ποιότητας το οποίο προέρχεται από ανανεώσιμους πόρους όπως άμυλο καλαμποκιού, ρίζες μανιόκας ή ζαχαροκάλαμο, επομένως είναι βιοδιασπώμενο και φιλικό προς το περιβάλλον.
Τα μεγέθη που αναφέρονται στη λίστα επιλογών αναφέρονται στο μέγιστο μήκος ή πλάτος ανάλογα με το σχέδιο και κάθε σετ αποτελείται από όλα τα μέρη που χρειάζονται για να δημιουργήσετε το σχέδιο που απεικονίζεται στις φωτογραφίες μας.

Όλα μας τα προϊόντα κατασκευάζονται κατά παραγγελία και δεν κρατάμε ποτέ απόθεμα, οπότε δεν δεχόμαστε ακυρώσεις ή επιστροφές χρημάτων. Ωστόσο, εάν το προϊόν σας έχει υποστεί ζημιά κατά την αποστολή ή έχει γίνει αποστολή με λάθος μέγεθος, επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας στο e-mail μας. Θα σας το αντικαταστήσουμε δωρεάν! Δεν χρειάζονται επιστροφές!
Να το πλένετε πάντα στο χέρι με κρύο νερό! Μην το αφήσετε στον ήλιο! Αποθηκεύστε το σε δροσερό και ξηρό μέρος.
Όλες οι παραγγελίες αποστέλλονται εντός 2-5 εργάσιμων ημερών. Σε αυτό το διάστημα δεν περιλαμβάνονται οι αργίες και τα Σαββατοκύριακα. Πακέτο και αποστολή παραγγελιών Δευτέρα – Παρασκευή.
Μερικά κουπάτ που έχουν υψηλή λεπτομέρεια απαιτούν αρκετή εμπειρία για να χρησιμοποιηθούν. Αν διαπιστώσετε ότι ο πηλός παραμένει μέσα στο κουπατ δοκιμάστε ένα από τα παρακάτω:
– Απλώστε ένα φύλλο διάφανης μεμβράνης πάνω από τον πηλό πριν τον κόψετε.
– Βάλτε μια λεπτή στρώση βρεφικής σκόνης/αλεύρι, ή κάτι παρόμοιο, στο κουπατ (ή απλώστε το με ένα πινέλο πάνω στον πηλό) πριν το κόψετε.
All of our 3D printed products are made out of a material called PLA, which stands for Polylactic Acid. Made from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane, this natural substance is made to replace other petroleum based products!
Our products are not dishwasher safe, please hand wash in lukewarm soapy water with a soft bottle brush. Do not soak. Do not expose to temperatures above 50°C as this can damage the product. Store in a cool, dry place. Raised stamps need to be washed and thoroughly dried before use.
Some clay cutters are very intricate or detailed, and require a skilled clay maker to use them! even then, they may need some assistance from other tools or materials to be used 100 percent effectively! if you find your clay pieces are getting stuck inside the cutter try one of these methods:
– lay a sheet of cling wrap over the clay before cutting
– rub a thin layer of baby powder/ corn flour, or similar, on the cutter (or sprinkle it over the clay) before cutting
The size always refers to widest/tallest part of the shape. With Cutters with more than one shape the dimension is for all the cutters.

All our cutters and stamps are made to order this means you will need to allow 5-7 business days to print, package and dispatch, before they can be shipped to you. Packages are shipped Monday-Friday
We will not accept any returns or exchanges after you have received the product. But do let us know if the item damaged in any way and we’ll do our best to solve the problem.
